Cara Hobby

Cara joined the specialty of neonates in 2010 after graduating as a registered adult nurse from the Nottingham School of Nursing and has never looked back! Cara feels privileged to have held various positions within the Network before joining the Network team on 2021 as a deputy lead nurse with a remit for family integrated care and patient public involvement. Cara collaborates with neonatal families and unit teams to support network with implementing the family experience elements of the Neonatal Critical Care Review (NCCR). Cara is driven by her passion to support teams in reducing unwarranted variation in family integrated care delivery across the region, reducing health inequalities and ensuring the highest standard of family experience for all
